Comes fully dressed as shown. Clothes are removable. Wears child size 2T.

My son bought this and loves it, he plays with it everyday. It is well made and you can change the clothes on it. I give it 4 stars because I thought the price was kind of high but he bought it with his own birthday money and is happy so I am too.
