   I bought the GUND ELMO HAND PUPPET as well as the BIG BIRD PUPPET and immediately started walking around talking like ELMO and having a blast. The puppets were for my 18 month old granddaughters and I hadn’t seen them for awhile so I thought it would be a nice ice breaker when they saw me again.The quality of the puppets is excellent. I don’t really understand some of the other reviews that say that it is hard to fit your hand in the head of the puppets. I have large hands for a woman and they fit perfectly. The more you use the puppets the more supple the rubber mouths become and that in turn will allow the mouths to eventually open even wider. I had no probems with that feature.I have to say ELMO is my favorite Sesame Street character so it was hard to say good-bye when the girls left with my, I mean their, new friend. The exterior is made from very soft fabric which does not molt or fall off and the eyes and nose are strongly adhered to the face. Just make sure every so often that the eyes, in particular, are firmly attached for saftey, especially for toddlers.After seeing both ELMO and BIG BIRD I would not hesitate to order the other GUND SESAME STREET characters and possibly buy another ELMO for my very own. (Some of us never really grow up.)

   I love this Puppet!!. I read a lot of the reviews and I got kinda worried, but I’m happy to say that it’s a very well made Puppet. I know some have been having trouble with the mouth, I don’t know if the manufactures fixed it or not, but mine had no such problem. I’m an adult and I have pretty wide hands but not very long fingers, so maybe that’s why? (I really don’t know). You can also control Elmo’s arms, but if you’re looking to put on a a quality Puppet Show, don’t even bother with them, it makes Elmo look like he’s constipated. One thing that surprised me that I didn’t think I would even notice or give a second thought to; a few reviewers said it was very soft, and I have to say, Oh wow it’s very very soft indeed, and feels very comfortable when on the hand. One little nit pick though, I looked a little inside the Puppet and the stitching aground the mouth seems like its to thin and could pop, now with that said, I know nothing about sowing so take that with a grin of salt, it does seem to be stitched twice so maybe that helps in some way. So with all that said, this is a great Puppet and I recommend you get off the fence and get this NOW!

   I wanted this to play with my grandchild online. It is a good size to use comfortably. One star off due to needing to open up the stuffing to provide more padding over the mouth hinge. The mouth is very tight on arrival. The mouth material is plastic so you need to create a bend along the sew line for both the top and bottom of the mouth pieces. You can fit a thumb and finger in the arms to clap and play peek-a-boo. You cannot manipulate the arms and mouth at the same time. I am very happy I bought it. (Another good choice for adults to use online is the Aurora dog, which is good to go out of the box.)

   The media could not be loaded.  My 7 month old daughter loves it. Mouth of the puppet is a bit stiff so your hand is gonna be aching after a few minutes of use. The red fur of Elmo also comes off easily so not sure how long of a use it’ll last before Elmo goes bald. Otherwise, it looks like the real Elmo and puts a smile on my baby’s face.

   The mouth is quite stiff and it would be nice to have more control over the hands. I also fee the length of the mit should be longer….but he sure is cute and the fabric used is really nice. The speed of delivery was great.

   my one year old got this Elmo puppet as a Christmas gift and he loved it! the puppet itself is very soft but feels sturdy and well made. I would definitely recommend this product especially for the price >$20
