I got this shadow theater for Christmas for my kids with the intent to have a fun bedtime story each night before bed.The first night I got it set up and told the 3 little pigs to my 5 year old, she LOVED it and then proceeded to make up her own story about a prince saving a princess from a dragon.This was all fun and cute but then my husband got a hold of it and set his mildly inappropriate imagination free. He made up his own wild and hilarious story about prince Timmy and princess Tabitha who go camping, make rabbit stew, get food poisoning and poop all over themselves.My daughter and I were both lying on the ground dying of laughter. And thankfully I got it all on video.Now each night we look forward to my husband’s crazy improvised stories, each one better than the last.This has been one of the best Christmas gifts ever. Definitely one for making memories and creating laughter.

Such a beautiful and amazing set for my 5 year old! My 11 year old loved it too and they spend a good amount of time playing. One star off because some stories didn’t include the pieces needed for the story, like the Chicken Ryaba, there is no chicken, whole egg, broken egg, and grandpa

I gave this to my nine year old for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. She put up shows for the whole family with it. She used the app (which is great and easy to use) in the beginning, and afterwards she created her own stories with the props. It’s a wonderful toy for creative children who like to use their imagination.

I was completely amazed at the quality of this shadow theatre! It comes with a beautiful screen, a lot of shadow puppets and works with an amazing free app so that you have fairy tales, light, and sweet music while you do your show! I love that you can do one of the set stories or put it on your very own! My daughter enjoyed coming up with her own stories and I enjoyed watching her imagination run wild. A great family time activity!
